The Over There Pant™ was created for men and women who hike fast, climb higher, and don’t want to wear tight leggings/pants to do it.

Relaxed, technical, and purpose-built; these are high-performance pants with a modern, baggy silhouette that actually moves with you.

Crafted from lightweight high tech nylon with a fluorocarbon-free DWR finish, they’re breathable enough for summer hikes, durable enough for scrambling, and cut loose enough to layer when temperatures drop low. 

This is not fashion pretending to be technical.

These pants are designed with an adjustable waistband, integrated belt, and ankle drawcords, allowing them to adapt to your body and how you prefer to wear them. The inseam is intentionally non-standard, so they fit a wide range of heights rather than relying on traditional sizing.

- Do NOT size up — these pants are intentionally baggy.

Wash Instructions: Machine or hand wash cold water, gentle cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Do not use bleach or iron.

Returns & Exchanges:

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Unfulfilled orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders are made to reserve items before they are available for immediate shipping. Because these items are produced in limited quantities, all pre-orders are FINAL and cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.

Canada:
Exchanges: $10 flat-fee exchanges are available for orders shipped within Canada (subject to product availability).
Returns: A $20 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from refunds to the original payment method

International:
Customers outside of Canada and the USA are responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Be Over There™ products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abrasion, or outdoor hazards
• Improper care or washing
• Alterations or modifications

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
