How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@beoverthere.com with your order number, and our team will assist you.
Condition of Items
- All items returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, have been worn outdoors, washed, damaged, or have tags removed will not be eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Returns & Exchanges (Canada)
Exchanges: $10 flat-fee exchanges are available for orders shipped within Canada (subject to product availability).
Returns: Returns from Canada are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- A $20 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from refunds to the original payment method
- Prefer store credit instead? Only a $10 return fee applies.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
Returns & Exchanges (USA)
- Returns from the USA are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- A $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Prefer store credit instead of a refund? Only a $15 return fee applies.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
- Direct exchanges are not offered at this time, please place a new order for the desired size/colour.
- If you are returning an order from outside Canada, a customs declaration is required. The package must be clearly marked as "returned goods" with no commercial value. We also recommend including the original inbound tracking number (the one used to ship your order to you).
If this is not completed correctly, and duties or taxes are applied to the return, those charges will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns (Outside USA & Canada)
- Customers outside of the USA and Canada are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
- If you are returning an order from outside Canada, a customs declaration is required. The package must be clearly marked as "returned goods" with no commercial value. We also recommend including the original inbound tracking number (the one used to ship your order to you).

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees are included on the original order, where applicable.
- Duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable, including on returned or exchanged items.
- Any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-orders
By placing a pre-order with Be Over There, you agree to the following terms:

Pre-Order Commitment: Pre-orders are made to reserve items before they are available for immediate shipping. Because these items are produced in limited quantities, all pre-orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after 48 hours of being placed.

Estimated Shipping Window: The estimated shipping window provided on the product page at the time of purchase is an estimate only and is subject to change based on production and fulfillment timelines. Orders are still considered valid and active even if they ship up to 2 weeks beyond the estimated date.

Delays Beyond 2 Weeks: If your pre-order has not shipped more than 2 weeks after the end of the estimated window, you may contact us to request a cancellation and full refund.
